Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully happy, eligible items can be returned or exchanged.
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Restrictions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Application Process: Before submitting an exchange request, please email your order number and photos of the issue to [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement immediately upon verifying the problem.
- Coverage Period: Qualifying products are covered by a limited warranty for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Warranty claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
- Claim Requirements
- Equipmentpet reserves the right to verify all information, including proof of purchase.
- Warranty claims must include a valid receipt and clear photos demonstrating the issue.
- Please submit all claims via email to [email protected].
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
